Favors & Centerpieces

Our team offers uniquely hand crafted favors for all occasions that are both practical and beautifully decorated. We also offer custom centerpieces that light up all venues.

Full Service Planning

Full service planning can vary greatly depending on  specific event needs. We've worked with clients who are heavily involved throughout the entire process and clients who prefer to take more hands off approach when it comes to details.  This type of planning can begin anywhere from a year to three months prior to the expected event date, but again it will depend on client needs. Some services include:

  • In- person planning meetings
  • Providing unlimited support via phone and email communication
  • Establishing and managing a timeline with periodic updates prior to the event
  • Helping clients develop an event theme or style based on personal tastes
  • Selecting rental items to enhance décor
  • Scouting and researching venue locations and vendors to fit client styles and budgets
  • Scheduling vendor meetings and negotiating contracts
  • Coordinating hotel room blocks for out of town guests
  • Helping to select invitation materials, save the date pieces, donation cards
  • Assisted with wedding related errands
  • Coordinating transportation arrangements

Day of Coordination

Chic Affairs offers an hourly rate for finding and meeting with vendors, reviewing and negotiating contracts, organizing final gratuities and payments for selected vendors, addressing envelopes, setting up event décor, running errands, or just about anything else you may need help with to ensure that the event planning process moves along smoothly. Our day-of-coordination services include:


  • Providing an initial consultation and up to two planning meetings with the client at least 8 weeks prior to the event date
  • Providing unlimited support via telephone and e-mail communication
  • Coordinating a planning meeting with venue and vendors
  • Establishing a detailed timeline and itinerary for the event with point of contact support for all vendors

Event Date

  • Providing event day coverage (2 planners) and on-site troubleshooting and  providing an emergency kit for the event
  • Instructing key event participants on duties
  • Overseeing work by all vendors
  • Supervising set-up of all decor items and event rental items
  • Distributing final payments and gratuities to vendors on the day of the event
  • Coordinating timing with DJ or Band for announcments


  • Coordinating transportation of gifts to predetermined location
  • Supervising event clean up and break down of event décor
  • Ensuring the return of rental items and supplies to appropriate vendors
